Title: Workday Program Manager
Duration: 3-year Contract
Pay Rate: Client is flexible depending on experience level. Ideal rate range $70-90/hour C2C
Experience Level: Need 5 years of experience as a Program Manager and 2 years of Workday implementation experience in the public sector (government setting)
Location: Downtown Minneapolis (must be local to MN)
Experiences
At least five years of program management experience managing large software implementation projects impacting multiple departments across the organization within a formal project management environment with large financial impacts. At least two years of experience with Workday implementation in the public sector (governmental setting) as the project manager is required. Workday certifications are desired.
Qualifications
• Willingness and ability to work on site (this is not a fully remote position).
• Experience effectively leveraging relevant technology (including MS Office, Smartsheet, databases, etc.).
• Experience working with governments and their unions.
• Knowledge and ability to apply project/change management principles and methodologies.
o Skill in managing the design, evaluation, selection, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
o Proficient in preparation and facilitation of meetings
o o Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation.
o o Excellent active listening skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels in an organization.
