Role Summary
We re seeking a Worksoft Certify Test Analyst to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Worksoft Certify scripting, Continuous Testing Manager (CTM), test-data management, and end-to-end business-process testing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.
Create reusable processes, sub-processes, variables, layouts, and data-driven test components.
Execute and monitor test cycles through Worksoft CTM.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and document defects with supporting evidence.
Automate end-to-end business processes across SAP and integrated applications.
Translate functional requirements and manual test cases into automation scripts.
Prepare test data and manage environment-specific configurations.
Perform smoke, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Maintain script quality through naming standards, modular design, and version control.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, developers, and defect-management teams.
Provide execution status, defect metrics, and automation progress reports.
Support script reviews, debugging, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Worksoft Certify.
Experience with Worksoft Continuous Testing Manager (CTM).
Proficiency in automation scripting, process creation, data-driven testing, and reusable component design.
Experience automating SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, web applications, or other enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of software testing life cycle, test design, and defect life cycle.
Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and resolve script or execution issues.
Good SQL, Excel, test-data, and reporting skills.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3 6 years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years with Worksoft Certify.
Experience with SAP functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, or HR.
Worksoft Certify certification is preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and large transformation programs is an advantage.
