Job Details
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for interfacing with Business Leaders, HR Teams and Employees, to help facilitate onboarding, offboarding and administrative HR tasks. The HR coordinator will work both independently and in teams to conduct day-to-day business within the department.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal customers including HR and employees on projects and initiatives associated with onboarding and offboarding activities
Assist in developing presentation materials
Ability to work quickly and accurately under demanding pressures
Complete data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
Schedule meetings and book meetings for HR team members as necessary
Process offboarding paperwork, unemployment claims, and salary verification letters
Prepare administrative paperwork as needed and necessary
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree
2 years experience in Human Resources
Strong analytical skills
Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations
Proven ability to work with data, strong Excel skills including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.

Salary : $30 - $34
