Role Summary
This role is responsible for auditing and entering lease and retail contracts into internal systems with a high level of accuracy. It requires strong attention to detail, basic financial understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and input lease and retail contracts into the system daily
- Verify contract details and identify discrepancies or missing information
- Validate supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company and state requirements
- Perform basic financial calculations and verify accuracy of data
- Communicate with internal teams, regional offices, and dealerships
- Follow standardized processes and identify inconsistencies
- Adapt to changing workflows and manage high-volume tasks efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, accounting, or business operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Moderate computer proficiency and ability to multitask across systems
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in general accounting or business operations
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
