seeking a Bill of Material (BOM) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Material Master data to ensure alignment with production schedules and internal customer requirements. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity within our SAP (MRP) system and ensuring the controlled flow of materials through manufacturing and procurement operations.
This is a high-volume, collaborative role requiring close coordination with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management teams to support successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, and Program Leads to establish and maintain the Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM).
- Modify and optimize Design Engineering BOM structures to enhance manufacturability.
- Maintain and monitor Part Master data and Product Structures in the MRP system throughout the part and MBOM lifecycle.
- Implement approved Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and process modifications within the MBOM.
- Coordinate with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Integrated Production Leads (IPLs), Production Control (PC), and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) to manage effective dates, reduce residual inventory, and minimize material waste.
- Communicate required actions to internal teams for smooth implementation of engineering changes in both in-process and purchased materials.
- Apply and maintain data standards and coding structures to support special processes such as outside processing.
- Perform daily analytical tasks related to material planning, MRP loading, and process improvement initiatives.
- Review and process material master and BOM requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with requestors to resolve data discrepancies and policy conflicts.
- Utilize a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes to meet customer needs and ensure alignment across functions.
