Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead business development and drive revenue growth for Infomagnus. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, expanding our presence in key markets, and leading a team of sales professionals. The Director of Sales will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align sales initiatives with company goals and ensure consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Must be an individual sales contributor as well as a leader of sales.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities across enterprise clients and strategic industries.
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and presenting tailored technology consulting solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to create proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and forecasts for leadership.
- Represent Infomagnus at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to position Infomagnus effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of progressive sales experience in technology consulting, IT services, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in enterprise accounts.
- Proven individual sales contributor and leader.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience building and scaling sales organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of consultative sales, solution selling, and enterprise technology landscapes.
- Must be based within commuting distance to Huntington Beach, CA.

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
