Inventory Manager – Liberty, TX

Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time with Benefits
We’re hiring an Inventory Manager to maintain full control over on-site materials, tools, and consumables. The role requires strong documentation discipline, accuracy, and collaboration with procurement and site management to ensure timely availability of all materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and document all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Manage stock levels, reorder points, and procurement coordination.
- Conduct periodic audits and reconcile physical counts with records.
- Maintain documentation for inspection and compliance purposes.
- Monitor storage conditions and ensure safety labeling and handling.
- Support the operations team with daily material and tool requests.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Proficient in Excel or inventory management software.
- Familiarity with industrial or construction materials preferred.
Education & Certifications
- Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Forklift Operation Certification preferred.
- OSHA Safety Certification required (10-Hour minimum).
