• We are seeking a mission-driven Mid-Level PowerApps Developer with strong Dataverse expertise to support rapid application development.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps integrated with Microsoft Dataverse to support agency workflows, case management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions aligned with government objectives.
• Implement role-based access controls, data validation, and automated workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse logic.
• Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, Section 508).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to support continuous delivery.
• Document application architecture, data models, and deployment processes for audit and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Dataverse schema design, relationships, and business rules.
• Experience with Power Fx, formula writing, and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong Software development experience with Oracle and MS SQL Data bases.
