Your key responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team by creating high-impact creative assets, including presentation layouts, print collateral, digital content, and in-person displays that elevate fragrance storytelling through immersive, sensory-driven experiences.
- Design visually compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking, trend insights, and a refined aesthetic to client presentations and internal requests.
- Coordinate creative content production including video, storyboards, display setup, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media to inspire internal creative teams and support marketing presentations.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design, with the ability to support on-site photo/video shoots, printing coordination, label and booklet development, presentation layouts, and immersive display installations.
We value:
- MS Office Proficient. High level of design expertise in Powerpoint is a must from template development to formatting design.
- Graphic design sensibilities and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or other graphic design/video editing tools). Photography and Videography experience a plus.
- Proficient working on creative content for various formats (Digital/PowerPoint, Packaging, Video Production, Displays, Print, etc.)
- Creative self-starter with a high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
