Position: Foreclosure Coordinator
Location: Onsite: 400 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145
Duration: 03 months contract with possibility of extension
Shift timing: Monday- Friday: 8 am- 5 pm (8 hrs/day & 40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $21.93/hr on W2
JOB ID- 36453145Duties:
- Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.
- Responsible for assisting in the day to day processing of foreclosures.
- Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.
- Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
- Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.
- Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
- Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
- Coordinates and processes all mailings.
- Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
- County E-recordings
- Prepare and send Reinstatement Quotes
- Accounting items such as invoicing and check deposits
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Prefer foreclosure processing, document preparation, and recording experience
- Proficient MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
