Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum skills and experience levels required for a candidate to be considered for this position include:
- A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience in project management, IT team oversight, or similar experience
- Thorough understanding of report and dashboard design, development, and testing concepts
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau and Azure Dev Ops are a plus
- Familiarity with the Judicial Branch or criminal justice systems are preferred, but not required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Ability to work with staff of varying skill levels, both technical and non-technical
- Strong communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
- Proven ability to produce quality work independently, with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
