Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform quality diagnostic radiological exams on customers as ordered by Providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, be able to recognize emergent situations and respond appropriately.
Essential Duties
- Perform accurate imaging exams as ordered by Physician/Provider and present them for review.
- Administer EKGs and present results to Physician/Provider for review.
- Maintain daily records and keep the department in a neat and orderly manner.
- Maintain accurate customer medical records, ensuring confidentiality of all medical records.
- Utilize imaging and EMR computer systems correctly.
- Perform daily check of systems and appropriate documentation.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly quality control testing.
- Interact with Providers, co-workers, customers, and families in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Experience, knowledge, and years of experience in Radiologic Technology.
- Licensure and Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- BLS Certification.
