Perm Director of Transplant Services
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $61.06 to $103.85 per hour, based on experience
We’re looking for a seasoned leader to guide a growing Transplant Services program. This role calls for someone who can set direction, build structure, and help a complex service line operate smoothly across a large health system. You’ll shape strategy, strengthen operations, and make sure the program delivers strong outcomes for patients and the community.
In this position, you’ll build the framework for efficient services, support staff, streamline workflows, and make sure teams have what they need to perform at a high level. You’ll also oversee provider education, patient education, and community outreach efforts that help the program thrive.
What you’ll do
- Lead and grow Transplant Services in alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and support operational systems that keep the program effective and consistent across the region.
- Oversee staff and promote a strong, collaborative culture.
- Coordinate education programs for clinicians, patients, and the community.
- Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the service line.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Transplant Services and Peritoneal Dialysis operations.
- A strong mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational skill.
- The ability to guide change, support teams, and communicate clearly across disciplines.
