This is a hybrid position with approximately three-days per week in the office. The person that is chosen for this position must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and be authorized to work within the United States.
Job Description
InfoDefense is seeking a business administrator to join our team in the Dallas area. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be capable of supporting fifteen to twenty person teams and mastering a wide range of disciplines including recruiting, office management, benefit management as well as sales, marketing, and HR administration. We are looking for someone with a well-rounded business background, great communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multitasking. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for sales, service delivery and marketing teams.
- Perform initial interviews for job candidates and manage recruiting efforts.
- Manage company benefits and onboard new employees.
- Order office supplies, receive packages, and send occasional shipments.
- Manage travel schedules, assist with and approve expense reports.
- Develop and refine administrative procedures to reduce time required to perform routine tasks.
- Manage time tracking and asset management systems.
- Proof-read proposals, sales quotes, and other collateral.
- Maintain vendor, customer, and business partner relationships.
- Provide marketing assistance as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a business administrator or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workloads with limited guidance.
- Proven business administration track record.
- Strong relational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Expert in MS Office.
- Familiarity with web-based applications such as Salesforce.com, QuickBooks Time, Adobe Sign and Bill.com.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Work Location
This is a hybrid work position within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex requiring three days per week in the office.
Travel
Some short-term travel may be required.
