The Role
As a Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting lead advisors while also building relationships directly with clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already gotten their Securities Licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and is looking to grow their career and develop into a lead advisor role over time.

What You'll Do
- Create Annual Client Review documents.
- Call clients to obtain updated financial information and planning items.
- Develop recommendations as applicable on investment and planning strategy.
- Develop cash-flow based planning and forecasting reports for specific client planning objectives.
- Assist in investment committee research and responsibilities.
- Grow business development skills. No sales required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Securities Licensed (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and working towards Certified Financial Planner Designation.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Expertise in Excel.

Location: Salisbury, MD
Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried exempt, 40 hours per week
Compensation: Base salary range of $60k –70k, depending on experience and designation. Quarterly bonuses are also paid as much as 10% of annual salary over a year’s time. Applicants with a CFP would receive higher compensation.
