Job Expectations
- Perform comprehensive eye exams including visual field testing, pre-testing, keratometry, refraction, and more.
- Diagnose and treat ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, and provide postoperative care for procedures like LASIK.
- Prescribe and dispense contact lenses and eyeglasses to patients.
- Maintain patient recall system and ensure timely follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to provide primary eye care.
