🧠 Strategic Account Leadership
- Own and grow relationships with senior business stakeholders across clients to enable business transformation using Data & AI
- Shape and execute account strategies
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
📈 Growth and New Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects in Life Sciences and Pharma domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored go-to-market motions
- Drive pipeline growth through consultative selling and solution-led engagement
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution
- Work closely with technology partners (e.g., HyperScalers, Databricks, Snowflake) to co-create differentiated offerings
📊 Financial & Operational Oversight
- Monitor revenue growth, solution adoption, and client satisfaction metrics

🧪 Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in strategic account management working with LS & Pharma customers
- Proven success in managing Fortune 500 clients and delivering business-led analytics or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of industry subsegments and their digital transformation needs
- Experience in consultative selling, solutioning, and navigating complex stakeholder environments
