Required Technical Skills
Mandatory

- 5 years of recent, hands-on development experience

- Strong programming fundamentals including:
- Application design and coding best practices

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the ACC Business OTIS application.
- Develop new features and enhancements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in approximately 10 application releases annually.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Ensure application stability, security, and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
Required Experience
- 10 years of overall software development experience preferred.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Proven ability to understand and maintain legacy applications.
- Experience working with proprietary or highly customized business applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience supporting workflow or business process management applications, particularly involving:
