NPI Operations Manager (PCB Prototyping & Supply Chain)

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

• Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion.
• Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency.
• Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
• Order fulfillment process management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.
• Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch.
• Ensure material readiness to support program achievements Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance.
• Regularly provide leadership team with project status reports

What we need to see:

• 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering,
• 5 manufacturing/operations environment
• BS EE/IE degree or equivalent experience
• Strong manufacturing and R&D background and Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of company.
• Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving and project management skills are required to be successful in this role.
• Consistent track record of leading the release of quality projects into manufacturing.
• Experience in working with suppliers, vendors and/or customers.
• Capability to quick learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues.
• Ability to travel, as needed. This role could exceed 30% travel for certain projects
