Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager with strong hands-on full-stack UI development experience and leadership capabilities. This role requires a balance of technical depth, team mentorship, and delivery ownership, with exposure to AI / GenAI-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers with active hands-on involvement
- Drive design and development of full-stack UI applications
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality delivery and engineering best practices
- Support development of AI-ready / GenAI-enabled solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience as a:
- Senior Technical Manager, OR
- Engineering Manager with hands-on coding background
- Strong expertise in:
- Full-stack development (UI-focused)
- Modern frontend frameworks and backend integration
- Experience or exposure to AI / Generative AI technologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
