Role: Teamcenter Lead Developer
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Engagement: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize and configure Teamcenter modules to meet client needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive solution architecture and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Teamcenter environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Teamcenter development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) and Active Workspace (AW).
- Hands-on experience with ITK, BMIDE, RAC customization, and workflow development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C , Java, or Python.
- Experience with integration frameworks (SOA, REST services).
- Solid understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Lead role managing teams and deliverables.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
