< data-start="259" data-end="281">Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Developer to support customization and configuration efforts within our ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.

- Work on workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Perform ServiceNow platform administration and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and governance
- 2 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
- Experience in ServiceNow administration and performance management
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript within ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or equivalent)
- Experience in performance tuning and platform optimization
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
