Job Description

As a Content Author, you will be responsible for the hands-on creation, execution, validation, and ongoing maintenance of multilingual web content for Apple s global websites. You ll work within Apple s Content Management System (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and custom tools to ensure that content is accurate, high quality, and aligned with brand and localization standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Author and update web content using Apple s CMS and DAM platforms.
• Submit content for localization and manage the integration of localized assets.
• Upload, organize, and manage media and digital assets.
• Validate and test content across multiple browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), design, localization, and QA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS issues including layout inconsistencies, component malfunctions, and publishing errors.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery of content updates across global sites.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience with CMS tools in a large-scale web environment.
• Experience working with DAM systems and managing multilingual content.
• Strong understanding of localization workflows and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to troubleshoot layout and content issues efficiently.
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive content validation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with or for Apple is a plus.
• Familiarity with Apple s design guidelines and content standards.
• Technical understanding of HTML/CSS and web publishing processes.
