Job Title: Call Center Patient Services Specialist

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, onsite; varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring approximately 20 entry-level Call Center Patient Services Specialists to support patient service operations at a specialty pharmacy. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills who are interested in supporting patients in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls and respond to inquiries.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding patient services.
Maintain patient information and update records accurately.
Resolve routine questions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Follow established procedures for patient confidentiality and data protection.
Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer service.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
Required Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer service or call center experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
Flexibility to work varying schedules between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Willingness to complete background checks and a mandatory drug screening.
Ability to complete onboarding promptly and attend training starting November 16, 2026.
Important Hiring Details
This is an onsite position at a specialty pharmacy location.
Potential conversion to a full-time employee after 3–4 months.
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day will be unpaid holidays.
