What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Business Analyst position at Info Origin Inc.?
We are seeking 2 Business Analysts to support enterprise web applications, Pharmacy Partner Hub, VASE , and .NET maintenance initiatives. The role involves working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and state/federal partners to gather requirements, support Agile delivery, testing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and GAP analyses.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, project meetings, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
Develop test plans/scenarios and support SIT, UAT, and customer validation.
Create user guides, training materials, meeting notes, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues.
Support PMs with RFP/SOW reviews and Agile project management activities.
Use tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, GitLab, MS Project, and Visio.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Business Analysis experience with requirements gathering/documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
5 years of SQL/PLSQL and Oracle database experience.
Experience with Oracle APEX and Microsoft .NET web applications.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Healthcare information systems experience.
Commonwealth of Virginia SEC 501 familiarity.
RFP development, .NET applications, system upgrades, and interface design experience.
Salary : $60 - $65
