Senior UAT & Business Analyst
Location: Georgia Local Candidates Only (Contract)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
Work Arrangement: Remote with onsite visits at least once per quarter, or more often based on project needs.
We are looking for a Senior UAT & Business Analyst to support testing and business analysis for enterprise applications at the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL).
Responsibilities:
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and new functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Manage defects from identification through resolution and retesting.
- Work with business users, developers, vendors, SMEs, and project managers.
- Improve regression testing and identify opportunities for test automation.
- Validate data, integrations, reports, and business processes.
- Track testing progress, defects, risks, and release readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of QA, UAT, and/or Business Analysis experience.
- 3 years of test automation experience.
- Strong experience with test strategy, test cases, regression, UAT, and defect management.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, TestComplete, or Power Automate.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Azure Test Plans.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong business requirements and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum, ETL/data pipelines, .NET, Angular, relational databases, and eligibility systems.
Note: Local Georgia candidates only. Remote work is available with periodic onsite visits.
Salary : $55 - $60
