Job Title : Inventory Specialist
Location : Boise, ID, USA (Onsite)
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory control, asset tracking, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and distributing materials, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring organizational assets are properly tracked and available when needed.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
Organize and maintain stockroom and storage areas.
Update inventory systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Support shipping, receiving, stocking, and distribution activities.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or asset tracking activities preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
Experience with inventory control systems.
Inventory auditing and reconciliation experience.
Warehouse or logistics experience.
