Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong project management, technical analysis, and human services eligibility systems expertise (SNAP, TANF). The ideal candidate has a background supporting mid-to-large–scale government systems, understands USDA-FNS guidelines, and can work closely with DHS program and technical teams. Must be capable of overseeing system enhancements, documentation, requirements elicitation, and development lifecycle planning.
Required Experience
6 years with SNAP/TANF eligibility, SNAP E&T, Benefits, Benefit Recovery systems
Expertise with mainframe CICS architectures
Strong experience recommending system/process enhancements
6 years developing and maintaining procedural and policy documentation
6 years gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience leading development teams
Knowledge of eligibility policies similar to Mississippi’s MAVS system
Experience implementing federal/client mandates in Linux systems
Advanced analytics using SQL Server and relational databases
