Business Analyst – Enterprise Technology Project
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise system replacement. This role partners with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and ensure successful delivery by capturing and translating business requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create process models, workflows, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement solutions
- Identify process improvements and support optimization efforts
- Assist with testing, validation, and project coordination
Requirements:
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (preferably Hybrid Agile)
- Expertise in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and user stories
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and SaaS environments
Preferred:
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of enterprise systems
