Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI solutions for Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center, including voice/chat virtual assistants, intelligent routing, and sentiment analysis. Develop NLP and ML models to enhance customer engagement across omnichannel platforms. Integrate AI with Dynamics CRM, web, and mobile systems. Monitor and optimize AI performance, ensure full technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
• 5 years in AI/ML development
• Strong Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch
• NLP tools: spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK
• Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center, Copilot Studio, Azure AI
• Azure cloud deployment experience
Preferred:
Voice AI, speech-to-text, Kafka/Spark, Salesforce/Zendesk/Amazon Connect, SAP exposure, ITIL/ITSM.
