What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Business Analyst (Medicaid) position at Info-Matrix Corporation?
The Pennsylvania Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Modernization program is a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on transitioning the Commonwealth’s legacy system into a modular, modern system. The program encompasses complex module replacements, including Provider Management Module, integration via APIs, and data conversion workstreams. This engagement aims to optimize health and human services delivery through improved vendor integration and robust enterprise release strategies.

- Generate effective AI prompts to assist in the creation of MMIS business requirements, BRD sections, and test scenarios.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance, iteratively revising prompts to improve output quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Act as a self-starter, managing the business domain independently to ensure all project goals are met.

- Proven experience gathering requirements and planning business systems for large-scale IT modernizations.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and BABOK.
