They translate business rules into technical configurations, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and system integration for healthcare payers andproviders. Key Responsibilities? StepWise Development Develop, configure, and maintain StepWise components, including rating engines, workflow services, and data models.? Automation & Integration Create workflows for business processes and buildAPI integrations (REST/SOAP) between StepWise and external systems (e.g.,SQL Server, Oracle).Healthcare Logic Implement complex insurance plan and benefit calculations, ensuring accurate rating and pricing logic.? Data Management Design database structures (tables, views) to manageconfiguration and transactional data.? Quality Assurance Test and debug applications to ensure reliability, performance, and HIPAA compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications?
