Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud Architect with strong experience in Healthcare Provider domain, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), and Agentforce.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build Provider 360 solutions across Business Account, Provider Group/Facility, and Practitioner levels.
  • Develop Salesforce UI solutions to display interactions, claims, disputes, authorizations, and credentialing data.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Databricks/Data Lake and external APIs.
  • Build AI-driven Agentic interfaces for provider insights, relationship scoring, and account summarization.
  • Lead architecture, solution design, and hands-on development activities.
Preferred
  • Experience with Databricks integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
