💡 What We’re Looking For
- Active listening to hear the caller's problem
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to ask open-ended probing questions to gather information from the callers
- Multitasking skills
- Receptiveness to feedback
- Flexibility to work any roster as set by our client
- Experience or knowledge in IoT, remote management, and software backend
- Experience in handling voice support
- Experience in using and managing audio hardware like speakers, PA systems and amplifiers is a plus
- Experienced with PC parts and/or able to build a PC
- Being able to read scripts and codes would be great plus
- Meticulous in maintenance, oversight and keeping records
- Polite and professional responses
- Up to date with current music trends and music streaming platforms
💻Internet and Device Requirements:
- Macbook Air M1 or higher
- Intel i5 Gen 10 or higher
- AMD Ryzen 5 gen 6 with H-Series or higher
- Using dual monitor is a plus
- Good audio peripherals (minimal good headset)
- Minimum 50 mbps internet connection
- A minimum of 8 GB of RAM
- A minimum of 128 GB SSD
- Minimjum 50 Mbps download and upload
