TikTok Live E-Commerce Moderator / Stream Coordinator
We’re looking for a confident, organized, and data-driven individual to join our TikTok Live team! This role will play a key part in optimizing live shopping performance, driving conversions, and keeping the energy high during streams.
Responsibilities:
-Monitor and analyze real-time e-commerce data during TikTok Live sessions to make decisions that drive sales and engagement.
-Track flash sale prices, respond to customer comments, and guide the host throughout the live checkout cycle. Communicate product knowledge, identify pain points, and help create a sense of urgency to encourage “add to cart” and checkout actions.
-Cue and support the host during transitions between product segments to maintain pacing and viewer retention. Identify performance trends and provide actionable feedback post-stream. Collaborate with the broader team to test new strategies, promotions, and engagement techniques.
Requirements:
-Ready to start immediately & work onsite in Los Angeles
-Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, and/or other live shopping platforms. Comfortable reading analytics, sales data, and making quick strategic decisions on the spot.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to give direction clearly and confidently.
-Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced live environment.
-Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or social media marketing is a plus.
Hourly rate: $30-35/hr Weekly: Hours of operation are 2 PM – 10 PM. Moderators are expected to report their weekly availability in advance and be available to moderate 3–4 shifts per week. Weekend availability is highly preferred.
