Overview of the job

Define and lead Influencer's global brand positioning, narrative, and strategic storytelling. This is a central role that partners closely with Product, Commercial, and Regional Marketing leads - but is distinctly non-operational in-market. Instead, your focus will be on building scalable, high-impact global brand systems, frameworks, and IP that are adopted across all geographies.

Measures of success –

In the first few months, you would have:

  • Defined Influencer's global brand positioning - Created a clear, compelling brand strategy that differentiates us in the creator economy

  • Built unified brand systems - Established frameworks, guidelines, and assets that ensure consistent global brand expression

  • Aligned leadership and regional teams - Secured buy-in from executive team and regional marketing leads on brand direction and implementation

  • Launched brand-led strategic initiatives - Initiated high-impact programs that amplify Influencer's thought leadership and market position

  • Established measurement frameworks - Created systems to track brand consistency and impact across all markets and touchpoints

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Champion the development of globally aligned disciplines in the internal and external expression of the Influencer brand

  • Own and maintain core brand assets: boilerplates, company bios, tone of voice, and visual direction

  • Oversee centralised brand expressions including website, core brand narrative deck, and master slide templates

  • Lead global consistency of social media voice and rhythm in collaboration with local marketing teams

What you will need:

  • 10 years in brand, global marketing, or creative strategy leadership

  • Demonstrated success building centralised brand systems in a multi-market organisation

  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation instincts

  • Love for the creator economy and strong instincts around design, voice, and platform fluency
