This is not your typical “schedule posts and call it a day” internship.

We’re looking for someone who lives on Instagram. Someone who sees a post and immediately thinks “this could be better.” Someone who understands what makes people save, share, and send to a friend.

At Influencer Guide Management, we represent culture-shifting creators of color and we’re building a brand that reflects that same energy online. This role is about helping us show up in a way that actually matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and pitching content ideas for IGM’s Instagram (Reels, carousels, Stories)
• Turning real moments from our agency into content people care about
• (creator wins, brand deals, events, behind the scenes)
• Editing short-form video that feels native to the platform
• Writing captions that feel human, not scripted
• Staying on top of trends and knowing which ones are actually worth doing
• Helping us build content that creators want to repost, share, and engage with
• Supporting content around our events and creator community

What we’re looking for

• You are chronically online in the best way
• You understand what makes content go from “nice” to “I need to send this to someone”
• You have an eye for aesthetic, tone, and storytelling
• You’re not afraid to share ideas, even if they’re a little different
• You care about creators, culture, and where this industry is going
• Bonus if you’ve created content yourself (personal or brand)
