Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Manager Intern to support day-to-day talent management and brand partnership efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent representation, and deal flow.
This is not a passive internship. You will be directly exposed to how brand deals are sourced, negotiated, and executed.
NYC-based candidates are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Work On
- Support talent outreach and relationship management
- Assist in sourcing and pitching brand partnership opportunities
- Help coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines
- Track deals, outreach, and performance across internal systems
- Conduct research on brands, agencies, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal team members on campaign strategy and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of initiative and follow-through
- Interest in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and talent management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Existing relationships with brands or agencies
