Your Role
As an ATT Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their wireless needs while delivering an exceptional experience. You will:
- Engage with customers in person to answer product and service questions
- Provide tailored solutions to improve the customer’s AT&T experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic account or product concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
- Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and services
- Work with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
- Must be 18 with reliable transportation
