Preferred Industries for Related Experience:· Call Centers / BPOs – Aligned environment in terms of volume, structure, and expectations. · Telecommunications – Experience with high-volume billing and technical support.· Strong computer skills are a must!· Retail or E-commerce Support – Strong customer resolution and communication background. · Hospitality / Travel & Transportation sales.Physical Requirements:· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Ability to lift, up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
