Job Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong interest in SQL development, data pipelines, and application support and wants to grow their technical skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

You’ll work closely with senior developers to build and maintain reliable ETL processes, well-structured T-SQL code, reports, and integrations. You’ll also support our C#/.NET applications while developing the skills and experience needed to take on greater ownership of our database and application environment over time.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Growth-Focused Culture: Clear paths for advancement with a strong promote-from-within philosophy
  • Winning Team Environment: Collaborative, high-energy culture with supportive leadership
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and more for full-time employees
  • Set Up for Success: Paid training, ongoing coaching, and continuous development
Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of database systems, applications, and data processes under the guidance of senior developers
  • Assist with database upgrades, migrations, system consolidation, and legacy application decommissioning through testing, validation, and dependency documentation
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL processes and scheduled data jobs using SSIS and SQL Server Agent
  • Write and modify T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, and reporting queries
  • Support integrations with third-party platforms and vendor APIs by implementing defined endpoints and following established integration patterns
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS, Tableau, or similar tools based on defined requirement
  • Provide basic support for internal C#/.NET applications and services, including bug fixes and small enhancements
  • Assist with routine database administration tasks, including backups, permissions, and maintenance under supervision
  • Review existing database objects, jobs, packages, reports, and scheduled processes to identify potential improvements or items for retirement
  • Document data processes, jobs, procedures, and system dependencies. Use Git and follow established source control practices
  • Participate in requirements discussions with internal teams and clients alongside senior team members
  • Identify inefficient processes, communicate findings, and contribute ideas for improving reliability and maintainability

Requirements

  • Foundational SQL skills, ideally with exposure to T-SQL and SQL Server through coursework, projects, internships, or 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and hands-on exposure to SSIS
  • Experience with at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably C#. Academic or project-based experience is acceptable.
  • Willingness to learn REST APIs, read vendor documentation, and follow established integration pattern
  • Familiarity with Git or a similar version control system
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask questions and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress
  • Strong desire to learn and an interest in researching new technologies and approaches

Preferred

  • Exposure to Windows Server environments, including services, scheduled tasks, and IIS
  • Familiarity with dialer, CRM, or similar business platforms
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
  • Awareness of TCPA, Do Not Call (DNC), or related telecommunications compliance concepts
