Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Retail and/or Omnichannel experience to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end projects across retail, digital commerce, customer experience, and omnichannel platforms.

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure.
• Manage large-scale Retail and/or Omnichannel transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Data, and Operations teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular executive-level project status reports and dashboards.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external technology teams when required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations.
• oordinate UAT, integration testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-production support.
• Manage change requests, scope changes, priorities, and impacts to project timelines and budget.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and escalate critical blockers appropriately.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, and decision logs.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
• Ensure successful transition of projects into operational support.

Retail / Omnichannel Experience

Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management.
• Strong experience managing Retail and/or Omnichannel projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation or commerce modernization initiatives.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, data platforms, and modern application architectures.
• Experience managing vendor and third-party relationships.
• Experience in enterprise retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or digital businesses.
