  • Experience reviewing and managing requirements with Government stakeholders and mission partners.

  • Experience supporting system integration, interoperability, performance verification, and test planning/reporting.

  • Experience with configuration management, formal change-control processes, and baseline documentation updates.

  • Ability to identify technical risks, single points of failure, EOL/EOS concerns, and improvement opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills for coordination with Government representatives, mission partners, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.

  • Ability to work in classified and security-controlled environments and comply with applicable security and information assurance guidance.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting prototype or operational satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers, or related mission systems.

  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

  • Experience with system modeling, simulations, mock-ups, or other tools used for feasibility assessment and concept maturation.

  • Experience developing CONOPS/CONEMP, draft system-level requirements, or analysis of alternatives / conceptual studies.
