Schedule: M-F 7 am-4 pmPay:$18.00SkillsMinimum intermediate-level skill set using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatRobust verbal and written communication skillsPositive and professional demeanor with internal and external customers via phone and email communicationsStrong typing and 10-key skillsPrior administrative office experience would be helpfulJob Duties1. Office supply ordersa. Order supplies as requested or as low inventory needs cite.2. Filing A/P or other Company filesa. Physically or electronically file all Accounts Payable paperwork, as well as other Company file needs as assigned.3. Data entry to support all accounting functionsa. Manually enter various accounting-related paperwork information into our systems.4. Implement paper to electronic processa. We will be implementing a process for changing over files from paper to electronic format. This position will be key in the process change.5. Other administrative duties as needed
