Position: Recruiter
Starting Salary: $40K (based on experience)
Hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Passion for helping people and supporting the local community
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social platforms (preferred)
Sales or staffing industry experience is a plus
