Manufacturing Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborers to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with the manufacturing process by operating equipment, assembling products, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties in a manufacturing environment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products for quality
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when needed
