What You’ll Be Doing
As a Roofing Laborer with Infinity Solar USA, you’ll support our crews on residential roofing projects. No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you. You’ll learn valuable skills while working alongside experienced roofers. Your day-to-day may include:
- Assisting with roof installations, tear-offs, and repairs
- Carrying and loading shingles, tools, and other roofing materials
- Safely using hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Following OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Keeping the job site clean and respecting homeowner property
- Supporting the crew to complete projects efficiently and with quality
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of roofing or construction experience
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to lift up to 80–100 lbs and perform physical labor
- Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- High school diploma or GED is a plus
