Position Summary
Infinity Solar is seeking a driven and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the day-to-day field execution of residential solar projects. This role is critical to ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the Construction Manager to coordinate crews, manage job site activity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate solar installation crews across multiple active job sites
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication with homeowners
- Execute projects according to design specifications, scope, and schedule
- Monitor daily production and drive crew efficiency to meet installation targets
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality control and track job progress
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to execute installation schedules
- Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are aligned with project timelines
- Identify and proactively resolve installation delays or field issues
- Address and resolve all construction-related customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with local AHJ requirements, lender standards, and company policies
- Perform job site inspections and final quality checks prior to completion
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all crews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Provide training, feedback, and performance management to field teams
- Track and report on crew performance, including bonus metrics
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new field personnel
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the Construction Manager
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in solar construction or a related field
- 1β3 years of experience supervising field crews or construction teams
- Strong knowledge of residential solar installation practices
- Understanding of electrical systems and NEC code requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
- Experience with project management or field service software preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
