Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Christian Health Care Center located in Lynden, WA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy
- State license
- We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience as an OT
Salary : $55 - $60
