Duties
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and product quality
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous injection molding manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
- Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, etc.)
Work Schedule
- 1st shift, 2nd shift, 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
